Guest guest
Hello Everyone, The last couple of weeks I've been experiencing a kind of tightness in my chest around the heart/throat area. It's very non-specific, and I would rather use the words " discomfort " , " pressure " or " tightness " than " pain " . It comes and goes, but typically I have a few bouts of it in the evening. It becomes especially noticeable when I go to bed. I feel a very strong need to tighten/relax my muscles in my legs and arms, perhaps to distract me from the discomfort in the chest. Usually I also feel very warm when this happens, but not always. Does anyone recognize these types of symptoms? I've done 10 rounds of 1 week on, 1 week off of 100 mg ALA every three/four hours about a year ago. Then about a month ago I started some chelation again. I've now gone down to 50 mg of ALA every three/four hours. Today I stopped my latest round of 50 mg ALA because the feeling in my chest frightened me. Unfortunately, it does not promptly go away just because I stop taking ALA. The first incident about a week ago came the day after I finished a round of 100 mg ALA. I know these doses are quite high, and I might go down every further in coming rounds (perhaps 12.5-25 mg). I have been supplementing with 3-4 x 1 tbsp of flax oil every day since about two weeks ago. I've also been taking magnesium. Yesterday I added vitamin E and Q-10 in the hopes of relieving my chest symptoms. I've also ordered arginine, but it has not arrived yet. Any tips/comments on how to handle this are highly appreciated. Finkle
