Guest guest
Patty I am not sure about all your readings so i will not comment but my feelings go out to you..hang in there FOR YOU HEART ** I belive taurine and magnesium should help. I take 1000 mgs of taurine 3 times a day with zinc (30mgs) I have read zinc and taurine create a synergistic positive effect in delaing with mercury toxicity **magnesium citrate I use a brand by Longevity Science. I belive you need a health care practioner to order. Its a 16 oz size. I take probably 3 scoops 4 times a day. Magnesium as i understand it helps with your nerves as well as your heart . I just started reading this book. The Magnesium factor by Dr Mildred Seelig. The first few chapters talk about how helpful mag is for the heart as well as helping balance out insulin FOR ADRENALS are you taking Hydrocortisone (HC)? not sure if you are in the US or not ...It seems like maybe you are in the UK. Hopefully you can get some...I belive there is an OTC HC cream that seems to help some I have to say i just started taking Siberian ginseng its trade name is eleuthero. I take 500 mgs in the am and mid afternoon. I also take 7 Keto Dhea and pregnenolone through the day. 50 mgs of Dhea and 50 mgs of Pregnenolone 3 times a day WHAT SUPPS ARE YOU TAKING?? MENTAL HEALTH I have gone through those morning/evening crying sessions many times over the last three years. I know it sucks...Is your sleep ok I can only say what finally helped me get over the mental health issues was the chelation CHELATION Can you try DMPS or have you. Two things on your chelation A) if you are only used to doing say 6-8 mgs DMSA every 3 hours I would think doing 100 mgs in 4 hours would cause many problems I may be way off base and am not saying this to be a smart alec, here but being at 6-8 mgs after a year seem lows and must indicate that there are some other problems going on. I am not the person who knows why this would be the case Keep the faith > Hello Everybody, > I just got the results from a provoked Hg test. The reaction to the > chelator was extreme to my body. Did you need to do this as evidence for insurance purposes? If you need to do it again, you would be better off trying it on a regular chelation round, on the third day. No guarantee it will give you the results you need, but it will be less harmful to your body. > Results of the test: Doctor's Data > > Metal result range > > Aluminum 32ug/g < 35 green zone > > Arsnic 13ug/g creatinine < 130 green zone > > Cadmium 0.3 < 2 green zone > > Lead 2.9 < 5 green zone > > MERCURY < dl (less than detection limit!!!! I had very low creatinine when I did a challenge test and I've heard others report this, too. I don't know why it happens, but the tests aren't that meaningful or interpretable anyway. It is not that surprising to see no mercury coming out. I don't think anyone knows how to " catch " the mercury. It comes out unpredictably. You would need to know the right day, the right hour, probably the right minute that you are going to excrete the mercury. There is unfortunately no way to predict this. > I am one year post Total Dental Revision. It sounds like you need to work on your supplement program to get yourself feeling better so you can keep chelating and get your dose up higher. At some point you need to add ALA to get mercury out of your brain. From what you describe, I think you should look at Andy's post on depression in the files section (under " Andy index subject links " ) and see if you can find something that fits your symptoms. I would not dismiss the need for adrenal support based on the " erratic elevations " of cortisol on your saliva test. Andy says in Amalgam Illness that " the dynamic range of cortisol levels are so wide and people's individual needs for it vary so much. " (p. 118) It would make sense to try some support, at least in the morning. Your brain really needs and expects to see the highest level of cortisol in the morning. Have you checked your thyroid? Very good idea, even if you don't think you have typical symptoms. Free T3, free T4, and TSH. -- > I sure appreciate everyone's efforts to post their stories. > > Thanks, Patty >
