Hi,

I've scoured this group and onibasu, but can't seem to find any

" consensus " or unofficially official guidelines on how to take adrenal

cortex extract. I.e. how quickly to taper up, how high to go (I'm

sure this varies between people) and how to taper off of ACE.

Does anyone know of any unofficial guideposts?
