This tooth that aches is the one next to an extracted wisdom tooth. It is the area that gets very sensitive to room temperature water and I must use warm water for rinsing. It has been getting increasingly sensitive and starts to hurt if I eat on that side. I do feel the ear area as tender and slightly achy. I have two bridges (of 4 teeth each) on the left jaw, above and below. My root canal extraction was in the lower left jaw. The tinnitus problem I had in my left ear since more than a year has become very loud - 24 hrs, and now I can hear the faint beginnings in my right ear. The dentist had given me a lot of ozone injections during the restorations, so I don't know what has caused this situation. I even used calendula oil for about a week after the dental work and my gums were doing great. I was debating if I should take homeopathic meds to help (I think Hekla Lava and Bellis Perrenis are two of the meds sometmes suggested). I was told that if I had problems they would fix it for free (this is when I was concerned about my bite misalignment). Now I don't know what they will do for free and what I may end up paying for. I have already paid a small fortune for the dental restoration. I had to travel to the US because I wanted a Huggins recommended dentist. I will need to travel back, to get work redone for 'free'! Since my bite misalignment is mostly where the two bridges have been placed (there is a gap between the two 'layers' so there is incomplete chewing and I have to shift the food over to the right side to finish chewing(!)) I can only imagine the only option would be to redo the two bridges!! I thought I heard him mention something about placing crowns over the bridges - I hope I misunderstood because that does not seem right. Sigh! This is a never ending saga, and I haven't even begun chelation yet.
