Any thoughts? > Joy I think that perhaps it would be more accurate to say that she does not know enough about it :-) Good cholesterol from fish oils (best source) convert into pregnenolone. http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/files/adrenal_pathway.gif It is simply a precursor for all other adrenal hormones allowing the body to have extra raw material should it need it.
