Guest guest
Hi group, I have had a relapse yesterday. It is terrible. The last one was about 2 years ago. I also have a kind of flu (sniffy but no temperature). I think that that triggered my relapse. Everything was going allright; 12 rounds dmsa (25 mg), 4 rounds dmsa and ala (25 mg). I quit on this moment the dmsa and ala. And most of my supplements (except C and B-vitamines, multi and milk thistle). My body has to get some rest now. I hope this relapse will not last very long and I can restart again the detoxification whitin a week or so. I have to wait till everything is " normal " again and settled down. Could 4 " good " rounds ala (25 mg) and dmsa gave me this problem a month later ? Or do you think (as me) that that flu is the main reason ? I also started adrenal cortical extract 25 mg. 3x a day (adrenergize) some days ago (my adrenals are/were exhausted). Could that be the thing ? It really is a war !! Greetings, Simon
Guest guest
Hi Simon, I'm sorry to hear about your relapse... hang in there! I would also suggest that you carefully consider whether or not you may have suffered an accidental/unknown exposure. I think many of us are so vigilant about our own environments that we feel too confident that we are not being exposed, without considering the places we go and what could have happened there that we don't know about. I'm specifically thinking about broken fluorescent lights in public places, but I'm sure that's not the only possibility. I think the flu can be a trigger, but I also think it's prudent to make a careful review when something like this happens. If there's any possibility that you may have inadvertently been exposed to mercury, then you would want to hold off on re-introducing the ALA for another 3 months. Meanwhile, take care of yourself.
