I am not sure if the heart palpitations are similar to mine...I feel

sped up all the time. If you are having trouble with phase II of liver

you might also try a trial of grapefruit as well to see if phase I is

also being affected.

You might have already tried it.

Did your heart palpitations start AFTER adrenal and thyroid support

(i.e. after increasing your metabolism)? If so, have you checked if

you have a deficiency in Vitamin B1? After increasing my adrenal and

thyroid support, I got heart palpitations if I did not supplement B1

most meals. There may also be other deficiencies that can cause the

same symptom.

I have some notes on this in the wiki:

http://onibasu.com/wiki/Treating_the_thyroid

I apologize because that page is a mess, but there are two different

subsections, both called " Negative reactions " , that might be relevant

to you.
