Re: taking dose too late

The reasoning is that according to AI you can do 4 hour chelation at

night. As far as i remember taking a dose 20 minutes too late is ok(if

it does not happen often)

We've done this in situations like this and it's been ok. When you

sleeping your metabolism is slower...so that's why 4 hours. I beleive

Andys' book says...if you go 5 hours, you have to stop. So we stick

with that. If we are close to 5 hours on missing, we stop the round.

4hrs and some minutes...we take it.
