Guest guest
The reasoning is that according to AI you can do 4 hour chelation at night. As far as i remember taking a dose 20 minutes too late is ok(if it does not happen often)

Guest guest
My understanding is that Andy has said up to 1 hour late is ok. More than that, you should probably stop the round. So I think you went 1 hour and 20 minutes over, if I understand you right. So in general, you probably should have stopped the round, but since you seem to be ok, then it probably was ok. But the general rule is 1 hour late, so if you are doing every 3 hours, then this means 4 hours is the max. If you are doing every 4 hours, then 5 hours is the max. And of course everyone is different, and if metabolism is slower at night, then this probably didn't harm you, but I would try to remember the 1 hour rule from now on.
