Not sure if the Vit C would replace this or not. Would probably depend on whether it was ascorbic acid form or buffered. And he also recommends not storing it too long or preparing too many doses ahead of time.---------Jackie > Actually I just want to make the 2 doses for the night in advance. Would that be ok? Guest guest
Andy has suggested using juice - orange, grapefruit, or something else that is acidic. Ascorbic acid would probably work fine. He's also said not to keep it for more than 12 hours once it's wet. Dave. Actually I just want to make the 2 doses for the night in advance. Would that be ok? This would mean upto 8 hours in advance.
