Question about break between rounds

Andy says to take a break of at least as many days as the previous round.

Is that true also if you're doing ALA only? Has he ever said that if you're

doing ALA only and tolerating it well, you don't need as much time off?

I do 5 days on chelation. I find I have to leave at least 3 weeks between rounds

in order to avoid emotional side-effects - emotional lability, hypersensitvity

sort of thing.
