Guest guest
Ok- I Know I am not going crazy but I sure feel like I am turning into a totally different person. I have posted here before so I am sorry if I am repeating myself. I have felt tired and out of sorts for a few years now. Last Sept, I began to have my fillings replaced- I have one more to go. Shortely after replacing a couple of fillings I started to have tingling - numbing filling on the back of my head that would travel to the top and now has settled on my forehead. It constantly tingles(sorta like your foot falling asleep type of feeling). It will not go away. I am very emotional and snap at my children very easily. Before all of this, I was calm and patient. I went to a neurologist and I am going to have two MRIs on Wednesday. I also had lab work for all sorts of stuff. Does anyone think all of this is due to the mercury being released from my fillings? I went to a holistic dentist who took the necessary precautions. During that time, I was also going to a chiropractor for my back. Maybe this could be a nerve problem also? I am feeling so bad at times- I just don't won't to deal with this anymore and have thoughts of ending my life. This is so not like me- I have three childrens and a wonderful husband. But I am at the end of my rope and feel like I will feel this way forever. Thanks to anyone who reads this and responds. Sheila

Hi, Sheila I just wanted to throw this out there because there's such a similarity with something I've experienced. Firstly: I haven't started chelating yet, so this has nothing to do with protocol yet. I am definitely mercury toxic and also have MCS, fibromyalgia, etc. due to it. What you describe is what I was told, by another MCSer seems to be connected to the nervous system. I think it's on two levels: --- exposures often effect me in the back of my neck, the worst right under the skull --- when my spine/neck bones are out, I also feel this due to pinched nerves Now, it seems that when I put on too much weight and my breasts get too heavy, they put a lot of strain on my shoulders and rib cage, along with all the bones inbetween, plus my neck (and my jaw). If I am over-exposed to chemicals or whatever things affect me, my nervous system is affected too. Only recently did I experience a direct link from that spot under my skull to the area above and behind my eyes. Prior to this, when those tender spots under my skull were acting up, I could end up nauseous and with a headache, but didn't link them directly, in a way that it seems they're connected by a " thread " or nerve perhaps. My most recent episode with this problem was very telling --- I made a move (maybe twisted my neck a certain way or lifted my head too fast) and actually felt the pain from under my skull in the back of my neck shoot up over the top of my head as if it was traveling along the skull, directly to the area behind my eye/forehead giving me an instant headache. So, to me, your tingling, although it's a different feeling (mine was pain) could be the same type " nerve " reaction, only on a different level. That's a guess, of course, but it's what I've come to understand. I believe they're all a result of mercury toxicity that has broken down the body in different ways. I know that the meninges (membrane) surrounds the skull and spine (if I'm remembering correctly), so it could be the meninges itself that's reacting. I don't know. : Donna
