Hi all,

I haven't posted in a while due to lots of work and family stuff .I hope

everyone had an enjoyable Holiday, and traveling wasn't soo bad.

I just rented Elaine's book, " Graves disease, a practical guide " from the

library today. So far I have have re-remebered soo much from high school. I

feel kinda good about it. I have been feeling pretty good lately too. I have

even made a few trips to the gym, for pilates class, and hot tub. Trying to

eat right get plenty of rest etc....

I also had my blood drawn last fri and I'm waiting for the endo to mail me

the results. She called me to let me know " all looks good " ,but I really do

need those labs!! As all of you know!! Well that's all for now, had a long

and busy day. I will do my best in keeping up with the posts!!

Thanks all

Luci

Hi Luci,

It sounds like you're on the right track with your lifestyle changes. It

really is important to evaluate your own labs, making sure your FT4 and FT3

aren't too close to the low ends of the normal range. TSH has a lag time and

takes time to rise. If it starts rising above 2.0, even though this in the

normal range, you can be heading toward hypothyroidism. Glad you were able to

find my book. You can email me if you have questions on anything. Take care,
