I just can't get my head around this. for some reason it's not sinking in I have ordered the Amalgam book but it won't be here in time. I'm struggling to find what I want to know but perhaps either I don't understand or I am looking in the wrong place. Can someoneplease guide me in what I do. I don't know what I should do before the removal, be it cleanses of some sort. What should I do if I can't get the DMSA etc. I can't comprehend anything at the moment, so if you can help that would be great.
