Flax Oil Loading Dose?

I was just reading the section in AI where Andy recommends 1-6

Tbsp/day of Flax oil plus a loading dose of 8 oz(16 Tbsp) plus 1 Tbsp

per every pound over ideal body weight.

This is quite a large amount of flax oil, even if you are not

overweight. He doesn't mention how often the loading dose should be

taken. Should it just be taken once, every day, or everyday for first

month?

Any ideas?

----------The loading dose is in addition to the 1-6 tbsp/day maintenance

dose. My understanding is that the loading dose is a one time thing, but that

it may take you several months to consume it all. Reread the first paragraph in

the second column on page 100.-------Jackie

Any ideas?
