Guest guest
Hi Everyone, TGiF !!! The good thing this morning was the opthomologist said my eyes are fine, just dry, no glacoma as pulmo told me to get checked for. I must have set some record by getting my echocardiogram, blood test and UA in less than an hour. I even ran into a friend from one of my schools that is also retired who does carving, chatted and bought a trumpeter swan pin. Seven years ago today my only child had my first grandchild there and I caught him. Life was really good then, our lives were going well and I saw only blue skies and sunshine ahead. Things happened and I haven't seen him since September. I am having a birthday celebration for him eventhough he will not be here. Now, the dred pulmo visit: 1. Hypersensitive pneumonitis (allergic pneumonitis) ...slightly worse...on azithromycin, not on N-Acetylcysteine, Mucomyst or pentoxifylline. 2) congestive heart failure- right/unspecified: chronic. Last echo was PA=80 mmHg...on tracleer & revatio...six minute walk is worsening. 3) Pulmonary Fibrosis: unspecified...hypersensative pneumonitis is destroying the lungs... medications: wellbutrin-xl 450 mg, Lexapro 20 mg, Azithromycin 250 mg, Avalide 300/25mg, Tracleer 125 mg twice a day, Revatio 20 x 3, Veramyst, Zyrtec 10 mg, Xanax 0.5 x3, Ultram-ER 200 mg and Albuterol. Equipment: CPAP=17, SAD light 30 minutes once daily. Begin taking Trental 400 mg 3 times daily; this medication may stop progression of Hypersensitive pneumonitis granuloma, begin taking liquid N-acetylcysteine 600 mg 3 times a day. Hemoglobin AIC...return in six weeks. And so the week ends. I was sick with an upset stomach and nausea last night and couldn't sleep. I called for that friend that is there for you at 3am... he will be spending the weekend with me because I need to be held...you know men, we can't live with them and we can't live without them...that is where the Xanax comes in...married, divorced, living apart but together... Well air family, I am off to bake a cake before he gets home from work... if all else fails, eat cake! :0) Have a wonderful weekend; we are having our Fur Rondivous celebration and the Iditarod dog sled race to Nome starts tomorrow. I may go to the Native craft fair for a bit of ivory or something pretty. I haven't felt like going for at least three years. lag time...
