This might help - I had made it for a relative. I find it useful for

communicating with my dentist. I hope it comes out in " fixed width " on

the list! Otherwise it might not be readable.

Dentists number teeth in the following way:

9 8

10 7

11 6

12 5

13 upper 4

14 teeth 3

15 2

upper left --> 16 1 <-- upper right

24 25

23 26

22 27

21 28

20 lower 29

19 teeth 30

18 31

lower left --> 17 32 <-- lower right

Notice that numbers 1, 16, 17, and 32 are all " wisdom teeth " .
