Guest guest
On top of my recent headaches, I am now real foggy and have a pressure feeling in my head. A friend of mine that is familiar with chelation said I could have yeast issues or adrenal problems. So, how do I know this could be the issues with my head symptoms? I'm going to try some probitoics and see if it helps with the headaches, and other issues. Any advice?
Guest guest
Could be yeast yes. Try increasing your probiotics and vitamin C. Do you have other signs of yeast? White coated tongue? Gas, bloating, constipation? If so, you might need an antifugal in addition the probiotic. > > On top of my recent headaches, I am now real foggy and have a pressure > feeling in my head. Oh my gosh, I didn't know the other symptoms you listed were yeast. I was just noticing the other day that my tongue was coated in white, thinking why it was that way. Also, for the last week, my gas has been really bad, stomach gurgling. I did pick up some probiotics today from Garden of Life. I have been taking at least 3,000 mg of vitamin C. What is a good anti-fungal? > > >
Guest guest
Caprylic Acid or grapefruit seed extract. Nutribiotic tablets rock...start slow on them though..maybe one in the am..wait a few days add a second cap..etc. You want to slowly increase until you find a dose that minimizes the yeast. You may not get rid of it entirely if your chelating, but you can control it this way. Take your probiotics four or more hours away from the antifungals. If you see that your tongue turns a normal pink again..you can stop the grapefruit seed and keep on the probiotics. The first few days, you may get some gas and a frequent bowel movements or like my son a few Large stools...but you will feel better. > > > > > > On top of my recent headaches, I am now real foggy and have a > pressure > > > feeling in my head.
