I felt rather guilty today when I dished out the girls dinner (frozen made up in

the micro spag bol) but 10 mins later 2 cleaned plates and the girls tucked

into a yoghurt each.. so I guess it just show's that what might feel like a cop

out for the kids are quite a nice thing... (but dh and I are having Chinese

for dinner take away that is - I forgot to take anything up for dinner and

fridge is in need of filling to put it politely lol)

My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you

start.

So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake.

I feel better already.

Same here! The best Iceland could offer (2 for 1 offers of fish pie

in pastry,peas and southern fries) all wolfed down no problem -

Sam even said it was 'wicked'... finished off with pokemon frozen

lollies!!!
