Chronic fatigue, Diabetes, and Exercise

Hi all:

I'm in need of some advice: I have been diagnosed with

diabetes (no doubt a side effect of chronic mercury exposure)

and the doctor told me it was imperative that I exercise and

lose weight. Due to my chronic fatigue (no doubt another side

effect of chronic mercury exposure) I cant keep any exercise

regime for more than 2 weeks. Even after light exercise I

crash. I feel extremely tired, I can't get out of bed, I start

sleeping 12+ hours a day, my day job becomes unbearable, etc.

I'm on my 5th chelation round with ALA and things don't seem to

be getting any better as far as my energy output is concerned.

Are there any energy supplements, herbs, or other nutriceuticals that

anybody might recommend?

Would I ever be able to exercise or lift weights like I used to?

I cant't seem to beat this constant and never ending

exhaustion I'm always in.

Ideas and suggestions welcomed and thanked in advance.

Vince.
