Guest guest
Today I drove to San and checked in with the Cancer Treatement and Research Center, Institute for Drug Development http://www.idd.org I had blood and urine samples drawn and signed a bunch of release forms. I got a call this afternoon to let me know that all my blood and urine work was within parameters for the study, so it's launch time! I will go into the treatment room at 9:00 AM Monday for pre-infusion blood draw and urine specimen. I get my first dose of CX-3453 at 10:00 AM via IV drip over 1 hour. Then I have blood samples taken each hour for 12 hours. Yep, that's 14 hours of chair time. I will get an infusion each day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and then do the 14 hour thing on Friday again. Following that ordeal I get 2 weeks off, and start the cycle again. If you want to know more about the drug, check out the web site http://www.cylenepharma.com -joe-
