Any suggestions? > In the first few months of chelation, I had strange sudden crying bouts at the end of rounds. And I don't mean brief epidoses, I mean prolonged inconsolable sobbing that didn't seem justified by events. I stopped getting that after a few months, I think. I cry a bit more easily now than I used to. For me that is a good thing as I used to find it difficult to cry even if I wanted to. You can try reducing the dose to see if that helps. --
Guest guest
You may want to stick with just DMSA alone for a longer time. One month isn't very long. And how long since you had your amalgams removed? Your not supposed to use ALA right away after amalgam removal. Maybe you should try increasing your DMSA dose before you add in ALA, especially if you're getting unpleasant side effects. Are you taking 12.5mg each of ALA and DMSA? If so, and if you don't want to drop the ALA for now, then I would at least suggest lowering the dose of ALA. How did you feel on DMSA only? Guest guest
I havent had mercury in my mouth for over 2 years I wanted to remove all metal from my mouth before chelation, I had 2 nickel (prob) posts under 2crowns. I felt ok on dmsa just after the round , more depressed but handable. I really want to do the ala because when the weather gets warmer my head feels hot, I think the mercury in the head. I could reduce the dosage but rt how I split a capsule and do half of the smaller capsule end for ala and since my dmsa is 25 mg I just split the capsule , eyeing it. How would I know what 6 mg of ala is? > > THis is my 2nd round after over month on dmsa alone. Has anyone > noticed increased cyring. Guest guest
It took me 16 rounds and 16 months post removal before I could touch ALA..literally. Handling it gave me headaches. Quarter the ALA capsule powder. Divide it into four piles. That would be 6.25mg. You'll likely lose a bit filling the capsule up, it will be left on the table, and you'll have 6mg. I would however, get about 10 rounds of dmsa only under my belt before trying the ALA again. > > I havent had mercury in my mouth for over 2 years I wanted to remove > all metal from my mouth before chelation, I had 2 nickel (prob) posts > under 2crowns. I think rushing into using ALA has caused problems for some people
