Guest guest
Forwarded from the Cross stitch group I am on: For those of you watching the programme this evening. Please have a look at my album -under stitching: http://communities.msn.co.uk/ComeandseethePearceFamily You will see the Internet memorial Quilt for Oklahoma that I did a square for back in 1995. Very impressive piece of work - stitched by many across the world in floods of tears - very emotional doing it and seeing the programme this evening. Guest guest
While I too was very upset by the Oklohoma bomb, I just can't accept that it is right to kill someone else in response - however evil the actions. It upsets me greatly when I see the reports of the death sentence being carried out - they idea of " and eye for an eye " in this case just doesn't sit easily with me. When the news came through that McVeigh had been executed I felt terribly sad that another life had been lost. Debbie Slater Perth, WA ------ Ditto that's exactly how I felt.
