Mark-alexseeold, just to clarify

AI page 161 Tyrosine (phenylalanine) decrease phase 1 . I just read

this myself this past weekend, so will add it and see

AI page 159... " methyl donors..involved in methylation metabolism

help with one part of phase 2 metabolism... " Then at the end of this

paragraph it implies that SAMe helps with this methylation. However

i have not had the brain power to understand this element of phase 2

(ie methylation)...so it appeasr SAMe is helpful for this but I do

not know if you or I need help on this pathway of the Phase 2 tests
