Start chelation with maybe a very small piece of filling..

I was wondering if I could try to start DMSA with maybe a small piece

of filling left. A couple of years ago, I remember my dentist

replacing my filling and giving me a crown. If my memory serves me

correct he said he would have to leave a very very small amount of

silver filling and place the composite over it. I called his office

and he said he rarely would leave any silver filling if he was

replacing it with a composite. I wanted to go ahead and chelate

without having to replace my crown. Could I try the DMSA and see how I

feel? Any thoughts?
