Amy's Obituary: AMY KERR DIXON

It is with great sadness and endless tears that we announce the

passing of our darling Amy at Mt Sinai Hospital on September 20th,

2005.

Amy was the much loved wife of Jeff Dixon, the devoted mommy of

sweet Paige, the beloved daughter of Dr. Jim and Kerr, the

cherished sister of Jodie Bellerose and her husband , Peta Sneek

and her husband Wes, and the adoring aunt of Ben, Spencer and

Keeley.

Amy was also the apple of her Grandma Kerr's eye and is fondly

remembered by aunts, uncles and cousins. She will also be missed by

her in-laws, Bob and Sue Dixon, and her brother-in-law and sister-in-

law, Matt and Dixon. Her loyal dog, Jake, will also miss

Amy's presence.

Amy had a determined spirit and love of learning. She was a graduate

of Brock University and D'youville. Before taking ill, Amy taught

at Appleby College in Oakville and was near completion of her

Masters degree in Education.

People have always been drawn to Amy for her energy, wit, and

overall love of life. This past year, as she faced cancer, she

supported and protected those around her with her indomitable

strength and sense of humour. Her unwavering determination and will

to live kept family and friends buoyed and hopeful.

In her short 30 years on earth, Amy touched and inspired so many

lives. Her love and devotion to those she held dear will never be

forgotten. We will love you forever, Amy. Thank you for what you

have given each of us.

Service and celebration of Amy's life will be held

September 23, 2005 at 11am at Fonthill United Church.

Visitation at the funeral home on South Pelham Rd on September 22

from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm.

Donations can be made to:

(I will let you know) sorry

" Just think of her as living,

In the hearts of those she touched,

For nothing loved is ever lost,

And she was loved so much. "
