Endo Appt.

Hi gang,

I had blood drawn about 2 weeks ago and saw the endo this am.She started

our meeting off with " hi how are you doing this month? " We both aggree that

that things are coming along. I had mentioned to her that I had a raw sore

throat ,no fever and a cough now for 3 days or so producing occasional brown

phlegm (yuchhh). She ordered a CBC that was taken on the spot,and asked me

again to concider......yup RAI. I asked why is she soooo keen on it when it

is soo dammmmm lethal???, reply " lots of people get it around here " I

nicely told her that I would not be one of those people, I feel much better

and my levels are getting a bit better. I was reminded that I have been on

ATD's for a year now....etc.......I remined her (nicely) yes that's true ,all

true but... I was a non compliant pt the 1st time around. I didnt think this

was anything to worry about. I understand the importance of taking my meds

on time,eating a good diet, I am actually getting back to the gym and I want

to keep taking the PTU. OKy doky she said just as nicely!!! She even smiled.

Told me to have a great month and see you in Jan, and dont forget to get your

blood drawn the week before. Sooo that went good!! I doubt there will

be any problems with my CBC and I'll keep you all posted.

I am going away for the week-end with my husband so I'll be able to check

and post my mail Sat AM. We'll be back monday afternoon!!!! We really need

this time alone. We've a had a hard A** year, with his Mom and Aunt passing

away and then my father in law passing and then the deer VS jeep incident, my

great Uncle Joe passed, then Shanda My 15 yr old Springer passed and my

grandmother passed the next week. Sooo yeahhh we were headed either to a fun

time or the luney bin. We picked fun time alone sooo.... We're off to

Atlantic City yippy!!

Sorry about being a little OT and long winded..I guess I need to vent. wish
