Guest guest
I am sitting here wondering about the nutritional value of apples.. Today Eloisa ate 2 yoghurts w cherio's for breakfast. Rejected any attempt to get her to drink any milk.. For lunch she had a lovely pita bread stuffed with tuna and mayo with about 7 slices of cucumber ate 5 slices of the cucumber chewed up one more and I am still finding remnants of this around the house... (she has cheeks like a hamster this kid) the last slice of cucumber got thrown on the floor.. the pita and tuna got smeared over the plate but not eaten.. With this she drank 2 beakers worth of apple juice.. As a afternoon snack she got offered some pombar's (chrisp) but found it far more interesting to throw them on the floor. She then pursued her sisters apple (that she had rejected to begin with when offered) and managed to eat I would say 10 bites.. For dinner she had fried chicken, toast, guacamole and apple.. with milk.. rejected the milk, toast and guacamole.. ate the apple and I thought the chicken when I came back in from the kitchen having got more guacamole for Phoebe.. Only to later discover a pile that has been thrown down the side of the radiator (guess where I spend 30 mins making sure all was out) then she ate 1 yoghurt.. she found her beaker and drank what apple juice that was left.. Through out the cause of the day she drank about 1 pint of water 1 pint of apple juice and 1 large beaker worth of orange squash.. Oh and nearly all of my 500ml sumerfruit oasis drink... (didn't know she could unscrew it) She rejected all attempts of milk given to her at various stages of the day.. and generally rejected anything offered to her that was not apple.. she seems happy enough but I have NO idea what she is living on as 3 yoghurts with some cherio's 3 pombar's, 5 slices of cucumber and 1 apple can't really account to much... still everyone who meets her keeps telling me how healthy she looks (must be the apples LOL) and she has the chubbiest thigh's I have ever seen.. just really do not get where she gets all that energy she has from... Lonnie Phoebe & Eloisa's mama & expecting a Christmas delivery... My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you start. So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake. I feel better already.
