Re: high mercury in blood. My understanding or synthesis of reading/personal experience. If mercury is high in blood then significant exposure (perhaps food source) occurred within 24 hours or occurs every 24 hours but if really high (say of 10 whatever, I think its nanograms per mililiter) it's almost got to be industrial exposure . Some " food " sources of mercury; not all but some supplements containing chorella, spirulina or hydrilla (is the super green food grown outside or in lab? If outside, then possibly, /probably/ loaded with Hg. Other food sources: most fish (look it up - many lists available detailing which more/less toxic, eggs (chickens often fed fish meal to pump up " healthy omega " content of eggs), Non organic wheat/grain products treated with fungicide (may include mercury), certain shrimp (gulf coast) are particularly off the chart high in mercury due to pollution of gulf of Mexico by oil rigs, exposure to-by products of coal (coal burning stoves), industrial exposure. Another possibility; daily vitamin or supplement regimen includes ALA and body stores are very high in mercury and ALA is mobilizing large amounts and liver is compromised and unable to eliminate and is recirculating HG. Cilantro in diet or supplement (moblization). My thoughts, not a PhD or an MD and am prone to oversimplifying. Doug
