never seen it for culinary use, only from Aromatherapy suppliers as a

carrier oil -it is supposed to be excellent topically for very dry

skin, so I have always been meaning to try it, but never have.

Now if I could buy it in the supermarket .....

Under the bit about Vit E, it says that avocado is used in many skin

preps because of its eichness in Vit E
