I suspect that you could be right about hypot causing this. Other effects of hypoT are shortness of breath and shallow breathing. Well this explains why I stopped breathing the other night in my sleep. It was like I was having a dream...all of a sudden I couldn't breathe. I felt like I was under water and trying to get to the surface. I could see the bubbles and everything. When I got to the surface I took a deep breath and woke up and realized I had actually stopped breathing for real. It took me a while to get back to sleep because I was afraid I'd stop breathing again. Quite frighteneing...thought my heart might have stopped on me. I've thought about it every night before I go to bed since that night. I feel somewhat better now knowing that's what it might have been. BTW, where's Jody? Did I miss a post saying she was going to be gone? Holly
