Guest guest
I always read the far infrared sauna was best for detox which can produce a good sweat (highest percentage of toxins compared to other sauna) at much lower temps. So if you are heat sensitive that would be another advantage. In a message dated 12/4/2007 11:12:11 P.M. If my memory is correct it is the other way around - dry sauna is best for metal detoxification and is not as hard on the adrenals; steam baths don't help to remove metals much and the wet heat is hard on the adrenals.
