Hey NJ,

I recently started steaming and sauna'ing (?) to help with my amalgam

detox and was wondering what was best. Here's a link to some info I

found: http://www.guide4home.com/outdoors-sauna/dry.htm They seem

to think that steam is faster for detox (see bottom of the page).
