Guest guest
I was wondering about the meaning of " downhill slide " . How does one know when they are " sliding downhill " ? I am 65 yrs. old, am on 2 liters of oxygen at night and some days have to be on it during the daytime. I was diagnosed 1 year ago with PF and 15 years ago with COPD so being on oxygen and being hospitalized 13 times over the years is nothing new. I had always bounced back afterward. But the past 2 years, it's harder and harder and I don't bounce back to what I used to be. Also another question I have is when I read the messages some people refer to 20 or 30 in regards to their oxygen intake. My intake is 2 liters so what is 20 or 30? Hope someone can educate me on these questions. Thank you. Ginny from VA.
