Guest guest
You can start with DMPS - which only need be taken every 8 hours. So you won't have to disturb your sleep. Eventually you'll have to take ALA, which will require waking up at night. It's possible though that after reducing your body burden of mercury with DMPS, you'll find waking up at night less disturbing to your health. I see a Biological dentist, and he told me about Extreme health chelation. I made the mistake and tried it. I only took one pill and here I am three days later with extreme brain fog, sick to my stomach, tightness in my head, and I can't concentrate, and have been having trouble sleeping. I don't know what to do about that. Any suggestions? My biggest problem is with waking myself up at night, because I can never fall back asleep and I'm tired throughout the week. But I do have to say, Cutler's protocol never made me feel this bad, it's stresses me out more than anything else, just wish there was an easier way. I'm guessing its a bad combination of stuff that mobilized too much mercury in you and made you worse.-------Jackie I made the mistake and tried it. ---------Sometimes we learn the hard way.---------Jackie I only took one pill and here I am three days later with extreme brain fog, sick to my stomach, tightness in my head, and I can't concentrate, and have been having trouble sleeping. There are a number of things listed on page 137 of AI for insomnia, like metatonin, chamomile, valerian, passion flower, etc.-------Jackie My biggest problem is with waking myself up at night, because I can never fall back asleep and I'm tired throughout the week. And you have felt first hand the effects of a bad protocol, so I hope this gives you motivation to stick with Cutler's protocol. Hopefully some others can offer suggestions about the sleep issue. You could try things like melatonin, and see if it helps you get back to sleep.---------Jackie ._,_.___ Messages in this topic (4) Reply (via web post) | Start a new topic Messages MARKETPLACE ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Earn your degree in as few as 2 years - Advance your career with an AS, BS, MS degree - College-Finder.net.
