You can start with DMPS - which only need be taken every 8 hours. So you

won't have to disturb your sleep. Eventually you'll have to take ALA, which

will require waking up at night. It's possible though that after reducing

your body burden of mercury with DMPS, you'll find waking up at night less

disturbing to your health.

Thanks for the responses, I just won't do that then, cause I don't

want to make things worse. I see a Biological dentist, and he told

me about Extreme health chelation. I made the mistake and tried it.

I only took one pill and here I am three days later with extreme

brain fog, sick to my stomach, tightness in my head, and I can't

concentrate, and have been having trouble sleeping. I don't know

what to do about that. Any suggestions?

My biggest problem is with waking myself up at night, because I can

never fall back asleep and I'm tired throughout the week. But I do

have to say, Cutler's protocol never made me feel this bad, it's

stresses me out more than anything else, just wish there was an

easier way.

---------So what are the ingredients? I'm guessing its a bad combination of

stuff that mobilized too much mercury in you and made you worse.-------Jackie

----------You could try Alka Seltzer Gold for the brain fog. Ginger is good

for the stomach. There are a number of things listed on page 137 of AI for

insomnia, like metatonin, chamomile, valerian, passion flower, etc.-------Jackie

-----------If there is any way you could get a Rx for DMPS, then that would

help because dosing is every 6-8 hours. And you have felt first hand the

effects of a bad protocol, so I hope this gives you motivation to stick with

Cutler's protocol. Hopefully some others can offer suggestions about the sleep

issue. You could try things like melatonin, and see if it helps you get back to

sleep.---------Jackie
