RE: Quick question before ordering ALA from Kirkmans....Need quick advice

I tried to find the answer from past messages, but still was not sure.

Is it best to purchase the flavored ALA and split it and mix in water

or is it best to just split the dosage and put the other half into an

empty capsule? Is this a personal preference or which is best? Thanks
