Guest guest
Bad idea. Every time you stop chelating, you get a redistribution of metals. If you do 3-day rounds, you get just one redistribution for each 72 hours of chelation. If you do it the way you suggested, you get 6 redistributions for each 72 hours of chelation. So doing 12-hour rounds as you suggest gets you 6 times more redistribution than doing 72-hour rounds. Dean Chelation Everyday Has anyone ever tried to chelate everyday? By that, I mean like chelate for 12 hours, then take 12 hours off. I also mean, DMSA + ALA every 3 hours. If one were to do this, could this make someone worse than chelating for 3 days on, 4 days off. I'm asking cause I want to try it.
