Hello All, I am new to this group and have few questions. I really

need your input as I am so lost on how to chelate after removal.

I have chosen a mercury free dentist who follows the IAOMT suggested

safe techniques for mercury removal. But he doesn't make any

recommendations for detoxification.

I have few questions in regards to chelation.

1. Is it recommended to use FIR sauna? Has any one used " Far Infra

Red " sauna for chelation?

2. Since I have to wait 2 months before I can start ALA can I start

with DMSA right away.

3. Where can I buy DMSA, like Whole food store or any other vitamin shop?

What else can I do after amalgams removal. Please fill me in as I am

really very CONFUSED

Thanks in advance!!!!

Regards,

Sunny

---------Hello and welcome! I'll try not to duplicate anything already

told you, just maybe add a couple things. And you got *lost* in the right

place! Lots of great people here to help you with the best and safest chelation

protocol there is. JMO, of course, but I'm sure the others agree. Also, it

would help if we knew a little more about you, like how you determined you were

mercury toxic and what your symptoms are.-----------Jackie

----------Good. I agree, best when they stick to dentistry.----------Jackie

I have few questions in regards to chelation.

1. Is it recommended to use FIR sauna? Has any one used " Far Infra

Red " sauna for chelation?

------------Like said, Andy does not recommend them, so they are not

part of the protocol here. There is comments from Andy in the Files and Links

section, and also if you search onibasu.-----------Jackie

2. Since I have to wait 2 months before I can start ALA can I start

with DMSA right away.

-------------You can start DMSA 4 days after amalgam removal. You are

supposed to wait 3 months or more before starting ALA. Our general

recommendation is to start with 12.5mg of DMSA, and then adjust up or down,

depending on how you feel and do at that dose.-----------Jackie

3. Where can I buy DMSA, like Whole food store or any other vitamin shop?

------------I get mine from www.vrp.com, they sell 25mg capsules. There are

some others in the links section.----------Jackie

really very CONFUSED

-------------Start taking the recommended supplements now, as found in Amalgam

Illness, and start addressing any other problems you may have, like hormones,

especially adrenal and thyroid. You haven't told us any symptoms, so hard for

us to direct you. But supplements, a healthy diet, and clean water, will all

help to support your body during chelation. And keep reading. You will start

catching on and things will make more sense. Good luck----------Jackie

Thanks in advance!!!!

Sunny
