Guest guest
I have read the recommendations in AI and here in the files, and they seem to differ. Also, neither of them addresses the dump phase, which I'm in. I'm confused. What I understand is that your blood mercury level should be way down before starting ALA as it just opens the gate to brain mercury, letting it out ideally, but letting it in if blood levels are high. I'm flying blind here, can't do any blood tests, so I'm trying to figure this out using only common sense. In the dump phase, isn't my blood level way back up at the original levels since I never chelated until last week? Doesn't that mean I have to chelate with DMSA only for 4 months to get levels down, even though my amalgams were removed 11 months ago? And what about chelating with ALA after 4 rounds like it says in the files? Is it the kind of thing where it doesn't matter if some mercury goes into the brain initially, cause if you keep chelating it will all come out in the end? Help?
