Can you call your doctor and ask??? Perhaps if you got another doctor or ask one of the nurses they could give you an answer that would be different from the first one that said it is just normal. Guest guest Posted August 16, 2005 Report Share Posted August 16, 2005 It is called proctilitis. It can be improved with acupuncture (appt tomorrow). But in the meantime aspirin is helping a bit. I am running a fever and have horrible chills... so who knows what is going on. I started my 8th round of Xeloda. Never had a reaction... could be just old fashioned illness?
