Hi,

Thanks for your update and insights into natural healing.

I wonder if the soy in chocolate is part of the problem since so many of us

are sensitive to soy and wheat.

Sugar and saturated fats are also detrimental to the immune system since they

cause changes that promote inflammation and autoantibody production. I wish

there was a way of getting around this.

Glad to hear you're finding positive results with yoga too. I've been

sluffing and your post has motivated me. Take care, Elaine
