Guest guest
Dear friends, Trying to find some relief to brain fog, it seems that alka seltzer gold should be tried. However, in Spain it is not available. Moreover, due to the rigidity of our customs, it doesn't seem easy to order it from the US. So I should try to find something more or less equivalent to it. According to Alka Seltzer's web page, in one tablet of alka seltzer gold there is: Anhydrous citric acid 1000 mg. Antacid Potassium bicarbonate 344 mg. Antacid Sodium bicarbonate (heat-treated) 1050 mg. Antacid According to AI (p. 148) the active ingredient of Alka Seltzer is citrate. In this case, citrate = anhydrous citric acid? Any other citrate will work as well, like sodium citrate or potassium citrate? Is important the specific combination of ingredients in alka seltzer gold? For example, I have found a product (URALYT-URATO) used to dissolve kidney stones whose ingredients are Citric acid 18,44g/100g Potassium citrate 81,46g/100g Sacarine. Should I try it? Thank you in advance,
