I feel like my rearend is going to drop off

I have a colostomy bag, and sometimes I have some discharge from the

part that not longer works. Perfectly normal blah blah. But this AM it

felt as if someone stuck a hot poker up there. Aspirin helped. But

does anyone have an idea WHY this is happening now? My rectum is the

site of the original tumor, but that tumor is just nub now. Or is it

just one of those things we deal with colon cancer? What a humiliating

disease.
