Joe's MRI results !!!!

Well ladies and gents we werent suppose to get the results til Wednesday , but

Joe just couldnt wait , so we called the Dr. office today , they didnt have them

yet but called the hospital to get the results and called us back within the

hour !!!!!!

THERE IS NOOOOOOOOOO CANCER!!!!!

however

It seems that my husband is has a syrinx from c1 - c8!!!!!!!!!!! sound

familiar?? If so its cause Dani has a syrinx caused by Chiari 1 malformation.

Utter disbelief ( but thrillllllllled that its not cancer)

So now Joe has to go have a E.M.G done on Sept 7th , this is a nerve study to

see if the neuropathy in hands / feet and electrical jolts are caused by the

chemo or the syrinx ,

Hmmmmm Janet if your reading this , ever had an MRI done to rule out syrinx ???

lol just a thought

I am now only 80% sure that the neuropathy is caused by the chemo , as syrinx

also cause neuropathy , hmmmmmm thought it was suppose to be Like Father Like

son ?

Not Like Father like Daughter lol.

ohhhhhhhhh my family definately has came down with some weird medical things in

the last year lol.

I still cant get over it ( smiles as I say this cause its NOT CANCER)

found mets to the abdominal wall lining 3 lymph nodes involved

open wound from infection until Jan 2005

Ileostomy reversal Dec 7th 2004

Chemo regiment begun Jan 2005

5fu/levorican/Oxaplatin/ Avastin added Feb 14 2005 (Happy Valentines

Calcium Magnesium added for the Tingles Feb 28 2005

Ct Scan done March 23rd 2005 , 16 millimeter cyst like object on liver found

April 1 2005 PET scan done awaiting results

April 11 PET SCAN SHOWS

NED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

May 9 Plateletts are low 75,000
