Our little one had tinea versicolor for several summers and you can get rid of

it by putting dandruff shampoo right on the whitish spots. We did not have this,

this summer, so it probably goes away with repeated chelation.

When I had a fungal infection on my skin several years ago, I got

rid of it by applying garlic directly to my skin. I would not

recommend doing it exactly as I did it - I crushed garlic cloves

and applied them to my skin under gauze bandages. I burned my skin

doing this, but it did get rid of the fungal infection.

I would suggest something a bit gentler like applying some of

the juice from crushed garlic, or perhaps some diluted GSE, and

see how that works. I would apply it a few times per day.

I haven't used oregano oil very much, but I expect it might

help topically.

Some of the natural stuff can kill off good bacteria, too.

I believe caprylic acid and coconut oil do not cause this

problem - at least that is my experience.

Sometimes the Rx stuff may work better than natural stuff,

but I think you have to decide based on your own situation

if this makes sense. Some of the Rx things can be hard on

the liver.

Well, mercury can reduce immune function, both directly and

indirectly. I tend the think the yeast is more the effect than

the cause.
