Guest guest
Hi I have been chelating with 33 mg ALA for over two years now and have improved greatly - depression and anxiety were gone, brain fog was gone, has slightly more energy. Last week I started a chelation round after a several weeks' break (the break was owing to colds/flu, holidays and stress) but instead of my normal chelation side effects e.g. migraine, increased thirst, depression, anxiety and obsessive thought returned. I am now off chelation (I normally do 1 week on 1 week off) but the symptoms persist. Did they return because of the chelation? Did I do something wrong? Or is it because of the long break between the rounds? What can I do to remedy it? I hope someone can shed some light and help me. I have terrible guilty feelings and feel like crying a lot of the time. Thanks. ukd
