Hi Sunshine, It is quite simple: see www.drrind.com Low readings means your thyroid system is a problem, unable to increase your temps. (Even if your actual hormones are 'normal' in the tests). Unstable saw-tooth, earthquake looking readings = adrenal problems. You sound like you have both. Low and unstable. Always treat your adrenals first. Don't fear hormones like T3 and Cortisol, despite being synthetic they are bio-identical. The body does not know the difference and they can be very helpful if used properly. After all, injections at the dentist and all fillings are synthetic. Try to mould your belief system to accept some synthetic substances as a crutch while you seek a cure.
