This comes up every so often on this list.

The general recommendation is that its not good for chelation.

Please search for more info on the time release ALA in previous

messages. There will be a lot of prior discussions.

Hi Jen,

Here is what I know...my compound pharmacist made slow release (may

not be the same as time released - I don't know) anyway, I was worred

and asked Andy if I could use it -I had 300 caps done :( Andy said

I could use them but would generally be getting a lower dose and that

I ensure that the pharmacist does not do that again!!!

So next time as per Andy's instructions, I will be getting regular

ALA not slow release. I think there are other posts about time

release that Andy has responded to, but I don't believe time released

caps is part of the protocol.
