That's how he states it in post #57707 from A-M. So in these cases, he says to supplement molybdenum.---------Jackie 2. Does " Tea " on both food lists include herbal teas or only black tea and is green tea ok? ------------I only see tea on the High Phenol & Salicylates Foods list, not on the Sulfur Foods (thiols) list. And I don't know if it means all teas or not. You could try googling the Feingold Diet, and seeing if you could find details about types of teas.
