Guest guest Posted March 1, 2008 Report Share Posted March 1, 2008 I have started my first round of ALA and am feeling pretty rough. My head is in a spin and I feel dizzy. I am on 12.5 mg at 3 hour intervals. Can anyone tell me if this will get easier as I go, or should I try and reduce the dose even further? I am worried that I will have mental disturbances.
